Males
--Parallel rows of ribbon bars shall be centered and either spaced one-eighth inch apart or placed together without spacing ath the option of the individual, and be parallel to the deck.
--If worn with badges, ribbons are to be centered one-eighth inch above all badges.
--If worn by themselves, ribbons are to be centered one-eighth inch above the left breast pocket. (If there is no pocket, then they will be centered one- eighth ich above the top button.)
--Badges are to be centered one-eighth inch above the left breast pocket and parallel to the deck. (If there is no pocket, then they will be centered one- eighth ich above the top button.)
--If worn with medals, ribbons are to be centered on the right side of the uniform and aligned with the medals on the opposite side of the uniform. (A line that connected the ribbons and the medals would be parallel to the deck.)
--Medals are to be worn only on the Blue Coat. They will be centered one inch above the left breast pocket and be parallel to the deck.

Females
--On women's khaki shirts, ribbon bars wil be placed even with or up to two inches above the first visible button.
