Throughout the year. all cadets willbe given the physical fitness test. This test consists of Pullups/Flex Arm Hang, Crunches, and a 600-Yard Run. Each event is worth a maximum of 100 points. You will be given a grade based on your total.
 
           250-300  A (plus a Physical Fitness Ribbon)
           200-249  B               
           150-199  C
           100-149  D
           0-99        F
 
All three events must be passed to receive a passing grade. The below minimums must be met.
